Life + (english)

From 2010 to 2012, FEP sustainable development program has been developed with the financial support of the European Union LIFE+ Programme, Environmental Policy and Governance.
The Financial Instrument for the Environment (LIFE) was founded in 1992 with the objective to contribute to the implementation and development of policy and environmentallegislation in Europe, in particular with regard to integration of the environment into other policies, as well as sustainable development.

With the support of the European Commission through the LIFE + Programme, FEP has deployed the Cleaning Industry Sustainable Development Programme (CISDP) in France and in Europe.

FEP and its European partners aim to implement the following actions during the three years of the project (2010-2012):

  • Development and deployment of a sustainability self-assessment and reporting web-tool
  • The sharing of best practices between European cleaning companies and their stakeholders
  • Dissimination of the Sustainable Development Programme through an ambitious communication plan (press review, website, conferences ...)
